Code of Ethics

The Behavioural Code of Ethics is an integral part of Yarix’s Management and Control Organisational Model, and the standards of conduct it contains must be taken into consideration and complied with, including with specific reference to the areas and activities at risk of criminal conduct pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 for the purposes of preventing such conduct.
